TT 99
An online store for lab supplies, where customers build one quote instead of checking out.

The brief
Labs buy chemicals, glassware, culture media, test kits and everyday supplies, usually from several shops. TT 99 sells all of it.
Prices depend on quantity and stock, so a fixed-price checkout doesn't work. Customers send one list and the sales team replies with prices and a delivery date.
What had to work
- Make 8,600 products easy to find, by name, code, category or brand.
- Replace 'add to cart' with a quote that still feels like shopping.
- Show what labs need to trust a supplier: certificates, safety sheets and tax invoices.
What I did
- 01
Search first
The home page opens on search, with a category filter and the most common searches one click away.
- 02
A quote cart
Every product has 'Add to quote'. Customers collect what they need in one list and send it, and sales replies with the price.
- 03
Product cards for lab people
Brand, product name, catalogue code, pack size and stock, in the order a lab technician looks for them.
- 04
Promotions that fit quotes
Each promotion has a code to mention when asking for a quote, with dates and what it covers.
- 05
Trust and process
Brands, documents (COA, SDS, tax invoice) and a four-step quote process are on the home page, plus a PDF catalogue.
