The brief
The company buys, processes and exports kratom leaf, and works on organic and PGS standards for farms. It's a serious business, and they wanted a friendly face people would actually talk to.
LINE is where Thai customers and farmers already chat, so a sticker set puts the brand into those conversations every day.
What had to work
- A character that feels Thai and local, not a generic cartoon.
- Clear emotions that read at sticker size on a phone.
- Words people really type in chat, for farmers and customers alike.
What I did
- 01
The character
A round, soft creature in a cowboy hat with the company badge and a red-and-white checked pha khao ma cloth, holding a kratom leaf. The hat and the cloth make it local at a glance.

24 stickers
Everyday replies like thank you, yes, hello, thinking, busy at work and good night, plus a few about buying leaves, all with hand-lettered Thai.

Readable small
Big faces, simple shapes and one soft colour behind each pose, so every sticker reads at chat size.

Promo sheet
One sheet with the whole set, what the company does, and a QR code to add the LINE account.
Where it is now
A full sticker set and a mascot the company can use across LINE, social posts and packaging.
