The short version of how working with PACH goes.

Last updated 30 October 2026

Who you work with

PACH is Nok, a product designer based in Phitsanulok, Thailand. Contact: napapachtea.at@gmail.com, 096 868 7523.

The free audit

The free 1-page audit costs nothing and you do not have to buy anything after. It is my opinion of what holds the page back, not a guarantee of results.

Paid work

Scope, price and timing for paid work are agreed in writing, by email or LINE, before work starts.

Access to your site

I never need your own password. For WordPress work you create a separate Editor account for me, and I take a full backup before changing anything.

Ownership

Once paid work is paid in full, the designs and copy made for you are yours to use. I may show the work in my portfolio only if you agree.
